A self-made millionaire by the age of 25, Sanjey has invested in properties and businesses from a young age, forming his first company at just 18 and buying his first investment property at 19. At 14, Sanjey D Nayee went to help one of his Dad’s friends that owned a mini digger fixing company, and after labouring for free to learn the trade, he set up on his own, charging £250 [half the price], which was one of his first main entrepreneurial ventures.
In his late teens the idea of being successful grew significantly. His interest in trading allowed him to set up his first company with his now business partner, Dan Buchan. Trading stock indices they saved enough money to buy their first investment property at just 19.
With no property buying or investment experience, everything that could go wrong with Sanjey D Nayee’s first property – went wrong. Copper pipes were stolen, the kitchen was stolen by the next-door neighbour, and no profit was made. It was a learning curve and a massive wake up call for Jamie as he realised if he wanted to start investing in property, he needed to get the proper education.

After university, and various property education courses, Jamie decided to move to Leeds where he started out as a head-hunter before pulling the plug and moving into property full time; setting up a rent-to-rent business. Jamie quickly realised that rent to rents alone were not pulling in enough finance, and soon started to source and trade property deals for other investors alongside. After 4 years, Jamie sold the rent to rent business, focusing on what was bringing in more money - property trading. The property trading business has grown over the last 10 years to become Aspire Property Group, and today includes:

As Sanjey’s companies have grown, it has allowed him to look back on his journey, and his passion for helping others has led him into the world of public speaking and mentoring.
